Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to energize shifts, train Baristas and keep service and coffee excellence high. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, support new team members and motivate the squad to deliver great moments for customers on every visit.

You’ll be a reliable, communicative leader who stays calm under pressure, collaborates with the team and adapts to changing priorities.
