Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to run 32-hour shifts in our UK store. You’ll lead smooth shifts, train Baristas, and energise the team while upholding service and coffee excellence.

You are a reliable role model with strong communication, capable of motivating others, adaptable under pressure, and ready to step into a leadership role.
