Working Pattern

Between 4.30am and 11pm, with shift patterns of 5 on, 3 off.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will manage, motivate, and develop a team in a bustling airport environment, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. You will build strong relationships with local businesses, drive performance, and support your team through coaching and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with surrounding businesses and create a positive work environment
• Drive team performance and manage general operational duties
• Ensure compliance with legal and company standards
• Manage people through rostering, coaching, and performance reviews
• Support processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
• Adapt to seasonal workload fluctuations
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in HR processes, including return-to-work, investigations, disciplinary, and performance management
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and listen effectively
• Motivated with a desire to succeed and make a positive impact
• Sales experience, with ability to drive team success using KPIs and coaching
