Job summary

Liaise East Anglia is seeking a Team Leader to guide and supervise carers, working alongside them and conducting regular staff appraisals. You will ensure strong teamwork and promote a professional image across services.

You will motivate and mentor staff, organize allocations and breaks, and uphold high standards of communication and behaviour, with enhanced DBS checks in place.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously
• Effective decision making and judgement
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Successfully completed NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care (or equivalent)
• Achieves all Health & Safety standards
