Job summary

Liaise East Anglia is seeking caring individuals to join our team as a Support Worker or Care Assistant. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, with both day and night shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Assist those who we support with daily tasks using the training provided.
• Support in day-to-day life including social visits, family visits and local outings.
• Keep paperwork up to date for each person living in the home.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

• Full time Day shifts available
• Full time Night shifts available

What You Will Be Doing

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.
