Job summary

Liaise is seeking compassionate Support Workers and Care Assistants to help people live happy, purposeful lives. Full-time roles available with day shifts for male applicants and night shifts for male and female applicants.

You will assist with daily tasks, accompany residents on social visits and outings, and keep accurate records. A basic care understanding, strong communication, and a safeguarding mindset are essential. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• A safeguarding mindset and ability to work with vulnerable people.
• Good planning and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts including days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Assist those we support with daily tasks using the training provided.
• Provide day-to-day support including social visits, family visits and local outings.
• Keep paperwork up to date and records for each person in the home.
• Work positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to support residents.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

Full time day shifts available for Male applicants

Full time night shifts available for Male & Females applicants

What you will be doing:

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial
• Strong communication skills
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously
• Effective decision making and judgement
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Achieves all Health & Safety standards
