Job summary

Liaise in the United Kingdom is seeking Support Workers or Care Assistants to join our team to help people lead happy, purposeful lives. Roles are full-time or part-time with training provided.

You will support daily tasks, accompany residents on visits, maintain records, and work with families and external organisations. We value care, safeguarding, communication, planning, and adherence to health and safety standards.

We are looking for caring people to join our fabulous team as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant full training and support will be given.

Role Requirements

Full time and part time opportunities available

What you will be doing:

• Using the training provided, assist those who we support by helping with daily tasks
• Be there to support in day to day life; such as social visits, family visits and also days out to some great, local attractions
• Keeping paperwork up to date to ensure everything is captured for each person who lives in the home
• Working positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to assist in supporting those who live in the home.

• A basic understanding of care is beneficial
• Strong communication skills
• Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously
• Effective decision making and judgement
• Strong planning and organisation skills
