Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead smooth, efficient operations, train new Baristas, and energise the team to deliver excellent coffee and service.

• Experience leading a team or stepping into leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
