Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead smooth, efficient operations, train new Baristas and energise the team to deliver warm, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or stepping into a team-lead role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable training new staff and coaching peers.
