Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Team Leader in the United Kingdom. You will lead smooth shifts, train new Baristas, energise and motivate the team, and uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence. This role requires you to stay adaptable and calm under pressure while modelling reliability and strong communication.
