Job summary

Costa Coffee in Brighton is seeking a Team Leader to manage 35-hour weeks with 5/7 flexibility. You’ll lead shifts, train new Baristas, and energise the team to deliver coffee excellence.

The role offers a permanent contract, competitive hourly pay of £13.75–£14.75 plus benefits including staff discounts and pension scheme. The store operates early mornings with varied hours across Monday to Sunday.
