Job description

DP World is seeking multiple Team Leaders to join our team in Minworth. The Team Leader will oversee business operations, delegate tasks to team members, and resolve issues during their shift. Responsibilities include stock inventory management, coordinating employee duties to enhance efficiency and customer service.

Please note: Multiple roles are available for both AM and PM shifts. If selected after CV screening, the recruiter will confirm your preferred shift.

Shift timings:

• AM Shift: Mon - Fri, 7am - 3pm
• PM Shift: Mon - Fri, 3pm - 11pm

How you will contribute

1. Ensure smooth and efficient operation during your shift.
2. Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
3. Control and monitor warehouse processes.
4. Plan and manage resource utilization.
5. Monitor work processes and safety equipment.
6. Record accidents/incidents and complete documentation.
7. Understand customer requirements.
8. Maintain order and cleanliness in your area.
9. Comply with legal requirements.
10. Motivate staff and lead by example.
11. Ensure adherence to SSOW and best practices.
12. Monitor sickness and absences, conduct return-to-work interviews.
13. Manage staff performance.
14. Record warehouse activities daily.
15. Conduct stock audits as required.
16. Perform Fire Marshal duties and conduct roll calls during evacuations.
17. Promote energy efficiency and conservation initiatives.

What you will bring

• Experience in Tier 1 operations (JIT, Sequencing, Packing, Delivery) is advantageous.
