Description

Are you a confident and passionate leader with a knack for motivating teams to deliver their best? We’re looking for a 24 Hour Team Leader (11:45-20:15 and 11:00 - 19:30 shifts) to guide and inspire our retail team to exceed targets while creating a welcoming, vibrant shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression on every customer.

Responsibilities

• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, uniting colleagues around shared goals.
• Drive continuous growth by coaching, training, and mentoring your team.
• Keep your team informed and engaged through clear, open communication.
• Empower your team with up-to-date product knowledge to meet customer needs confidently.
• Uphold impeccable shop floor standards, ensuring stock presentation, ticketing, and organisation are on point every day.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows.
• Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.
• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.
• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
