Job summary

Caretech Group is seeking a Residential Team Leader to support young people aged 8–18 in a safe, nurturing home environment. You will help with daily routines, encourage development, and build trusted relationships with young people and their families.

You’ll contribute to plan activities, oversee light housekeeping, and maintain careful records to ensure outstanding care. Full induction and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or qualification in Residential Childcare.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Team Leader you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.

• Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
• Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
• Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Who You Are

• Warm, patient, a great listener and encourager - focused on achieving outcomes for others.
• Experience and/or qualification in Residential Childcare
