Job summary

Cambian Group Plc in St Helens is seeking a Residential Children’s Team Leader to support young people aged 8–18. You’ll help with daily routines, school prep, meals, and activity planning, in a warm, homely residential setting.

The role offers hourly pay (£15.50-£16.00) plus £30 per sleep-in, training provided, and opportunities for progression through funded diplomas. Applicants must be committed to safeguarding and DBS checks.

• No prior experience? Training provided.
