Job summary

Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Residential Team Leader in Malvern to support young people aged 8–18 with daily routines, school preparation and activities in a supportive home environment.

You will create a warm setting, foster meaningful relationships, coordinate outings, keep care records, and collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or qualification in Residential Childcare.
• Ability to support daily routines and activities for children aged 8–18.
• DBS check commitment and safeguarding awareness.

Residential Team Leader

Location: Malvern

Pay: £14.67 - £15.49 per hour plus £30 per sleep in

What You’ll Do

As a Residential Team Leader you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.

• Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
• Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
• Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Who You Are

• Warm, patient, a great listener and encourager - focused on achieving outcomes for others.
• Experience and/or qualification in Residential Childcare
