Job summary

CareTech Group is seeking a Residential Team Leader in the Manchester area to support young people aged 8-18. The role is paid at £14.21 per hour plus £30 for each sleep-in, with a focus on ensuring safety, comfort and development within a supportive home environment.

You will lead daily routines, plan activities, build strong relationships and maintain essential care records. A Level 3 residential childcare qualification is required, with prior residential childcare experience.

What You'll Do

Our home is a 5 bedded home which currently has 4 young people living there, and an enthusiastic staff team that enjoy working with the young people. The young people make us proud with the effort and commitment that they make to improving their lives. The team work hard to support each other, and ensure that the workload is shared and equal each day.
