Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Residential Team Leader in Wigan to support young people aged 8–18 with daily routines, schooling prep and engaging activities. You will foster a warm, safe home and build meaningful relationships to promote wellbeing.

The role offers training, ongoing support and opportunities for career development within a nurturing residential setting.

• Warm, patient and a great listener, focused on outcomes for young people.
• No prior experience? training will be provided.
• Commitment to safeguarding and working with children in care.

• Support daily routines for young people (ages 8–18).

Pay: £15.50-£16.00 per hour plus £30 per sleep in

What You’ll Do

As a Residential Team Leader you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.

Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.

Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.

Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.

Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Who You Are
