Join us as a Team Leader at M Group Water

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to manage our repair and maintenance team responsible for Yorkshire Water's clean water distribution system. This role involves managing daily schedules, setting up compliant live sites, and engaging effectively with customers. A strong understanding of health & safety procedures, vehicle maintenance checks, and team management skills are essential.

What you will do

• Manage daily work schedules and team activities
• Set up compliant live sites in accordance with legislation
• Engage with customers professionally and effectively
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and vehicle maintenance is reported

What you will need

• Good knowledge of Street Works and the Red Book
• Full clean UK driving license
• Experience in water industry R&M contracts
• Ability to read safe dig plans and experience excavating within highways
• Basic IT skills
