Job summary

Costa Coffee Royston Gateway is hiring a Team Leader for 30 hours per week on a permanent basis. You’ll lead smooth shifts, train new Baristas, energise and support your team, and uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence.

The role requires a reliable, confident leader who communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and adapts to a fast-paced store environment.
