Costa Coffee in Hastings seeks a Team Leader for a 30-hour per week, permanent role with free parking. You’ll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, and help maintain Costa standards.

Lead smooth shifts, train and motivate the team, and ensure excellent service and coffee quality. Flexible shifts and a welcoming store culture are part of this role.
