Working hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
If you are passionate about supporting the highest quality care support services by carrying out assessments, reviews, and supervising care workers, we would love to hear from you.
You should have experience in needs and risk assessments, developing person-centered care plans for tenants, and leading a team, including shadowing, supervising, and supporting care workers within the Extra Care scheme.
