Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Team Leader. We seek a candidate with strong mentoring and development skills, driven to boost sales activity, and capable of inspiring their team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mentoring, driving growth, and active involvement within the team.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives, monitoring performance against KPIs, and conducting regular 1-2-1s.
  • Being the main point of contact for customer engagement and team queries.
  • Assessing team members’ skills, providing mentoring, and scheduling appropriate training.
  • Overseeing daily sales activities, CRM updates, opportunity management, vendor training, and engagement.

We are looking for someone with experience in a target-driven sales environment, capable of getting the best out of their team.

  • Understanding internal sales functions and coaching teams to increase sales activity.
  • Managing KPIs and identifying training needs to support team development.
  • Having a good grasp of the sales process and activity management.
  • Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills and adaptable communication styles.

Knowledge of IT hardware and services is advantageous, but we primarily seek candidates with direct sales experience in any sector, including IT, mobile, broadband, or B2B environments. If this describes you, click apply for immediate consideration.
