Role: Culinary Team Lead (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your team, fostering a positive environment for guests and staff.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
• Manage kitchen operations, including shift planning, stock control, and ensuring health and safety standards.
• Support financial performance by understanding gross profit, labor costs, and other KPIs.
• Support and develop team members through training and coaching.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about supporting and developing team members.
• Experienced in managing kitchen operations and standards.
• Knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety, and financial aspects of kitchen management.
• Enthusiastic about celebrating team successes and individual needs.
