Job summary

Heritage - Bra_208 is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a busy shift in our hospitality operation. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has what it needs to deliver warm, memorable service and maintain high standards throughout every service window.

You’ll deputise for managers, coordinate the squad, uphold safety and legal requirements, and handle issues swiftly to keep customers happy. A positive attitude and fluent English are essential to thrive in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy hospitality team during shifts.
• Able to maintain high standards of service and safety.
• Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
