Job summary

Greene King is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a busy hospitality team. You’ll ensure the bar runs like clockwork, maintain high standards, and keep customers happy by delivering memorable service.

As part of Venture Hotels, you’ll support the management team, supervise staff during shifts, and uphold safety and cleanliness. A positive, hands-on approach and strong teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quicky and safely as possible.
