Job summary

Greene King is seeking a proactive Team Leader for our Parkstone venue in Dorset. You will guide a busy shift, ensure excellent customer service, and support the management team to keep operations running smoothly. A strong focus on safety, compliance and maintaining high standards will be essential.

You will model professionalism, coach team members, handle challenging situations on the floor, and promote a welcoming atmosphere for guests at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to deputise for management and resolve issues in their absence.
• Strong organisation to coordinate a busy shift and maintain safety and cleanliness.

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.

• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
