Job summary

Glenelg Support in the United Kingdom is seeking a confident Team Leader to oversee our supported living service. You will lead by example, support individuals directly, and provide guidance to the staff team to ensure high-quality care.

You will also ensure effective payroll processes, conduct regular staff supervisions and appraisals, and maintain safeguarding and regulatory compliance to support the lives of people with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• No endorsements or penalty points.
• Ability to drive a mobility vehicle.

Responsibilities

Job description

You will lead by example, supporting individuals directly while also providing guidance and leadership to the staff team., Supporting individuals in achieving their goals and maintaining independence

We are seeking confident and compassionate leaders with experience supporting people with:

• Mental health needs

Previous leadership or senior support experience is desirable.
