Job summary

Glenelg Support Limited in Liverpool is seeking experienced Team Leaders to join our growing team. The roles involve leading a care team to provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs in supported living settings.

Successful candidates will work on a fully flexible schedule with day and night shifts, and must be able to drive.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in care settings and delivering person-centred support.
• Experience supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex support requirements.
• Strong people leadership skills and ability to inspire teams.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with daily living activities, medication administration, and personal care.
• Coordinating and attending appointments.
• Delivering support in line with each individual's assessed needs, support plans, risk assessments, regulatory requirements, and contractual standards.
• Ensuring all contracted hours are covered, including leave, sickness, and training.
• Leading and supporting staff through supervisions, coaching, team meetings, and day-to-day guidance.
• Contributing to support plans and risk assessments.
