We're currently recruiting a dedicated Team Leader to help ensure the smooth running of operations at Eurest on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities May Include

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
• Delegating tasks where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive at all times.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

Our Ideal Team Leader Will Have

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Good communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
• A team player with a can-do attitude.
• The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
