Your Role

As a Team Leader within IAG Cargo, you will provide daily leadership and guidance to your team, prioritizing Health and Safety during all operational and maintenance activities, and interacting with internal and external customers. Your responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring Safety during all activities.
2. Conducting quality audits and productivity checks, taking appropriate actions.
3. Supporting team learning and development.

Additional Responsibilities

• Managing day shift operations, issuing work orders, and overseeing system outages.
• Maintaining daily reports and raising work orders for the night shift.
• Covering Duty Managers in their absence and attending H&S meetings.

Night Shift Duties

• Planning PPM maintenance and project work, including handovers.
• Completing and documenting work orders and daily reports.

Candidate Expectations

As a Service Team Leader, you contribute significantly to customer satisfaction through your proactive attitude and flexibility. We expect:

• Experience in Airports or Conveyor Systems, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Multi-skilled Electro/Mech, with senior technician or supervisory experience preferred.
• Qualifications: Minimum NVQ 3 Electro/Mech; HNC or equivalent preferred.

Nice to Have

• 18th Edition wiring regulations (BS 7671).
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing or automated environments.
• Training and coaching experience.
