Job summary

Restore Digital, part of Restore plc, is seeking a Team Leader in Kidderminster to oversee the production team and ensure high standards of service delivery. You will drive daily operations, enforce policies, and collaborate with other departments to meet strict SLAs.

Ideal candidates will have proven team leadership skills in a fast-paced setting, strong communication, and a proactive approach to coaching and process improvement. This role is full time and permanent with a daytime shift.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to resolve problems and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills, especially with customers.
• Capable of guiding and developing team members to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Support the line manager in coordinating daily activities within the department.
• Provide leadership and guidance, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Step in during absence of the line manager and assign tasks accordingly.
• Be primary point of contact for the team and manage conflicting priorities.
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve business goals and excellence.
• Enforce company policies and health & safety guidelines, ensuring compliance.
• Monitor performance, raise concerns where needed, and identify training needs.
• Provide daily metrics and reports to line management.

About The Role

Role: Team Leader

Location: Kidderminster

Contract Type: Full time, Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Salary: £28,216.50 Per Annum

Are you an experienced Team Leader looking for a new challenge? Restore Digital is offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to join our team.

As a Team Leader at Restore Digital, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Restore Digital's policies, maintaininghigh standards of service delivery, and collaborating effectively with other departments to meet strict SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Support the line manager in coordinating and implementing daily activities within the department
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative environment and leading by example
• Assume responsibility in the absence of the line manager, assigning tasks and ensuring the team operates efficiently
• Act as the primary point of contact for the team, addressing enquiries and managing conflicting priorities
• Coach, advise, and motivate team members to achieve personal and professional excellence aligned with business goals
• Enforce Restore Digital's policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines, ensuring team compliance
• Monitor team performance against objectives, elevate concerns, and identify training needs to enhance efficiency
• Provide daily metrics and reports to line management

What we are looking for

• Ability to effectively resolve problems and make informed decisions
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong motivational and coaching skills with a proven track record of team development
• Previous experience in managing and leading teams to achieve operational targets
• Excellent communication skills, capable of handling customer complaints courteously and effectively (Essential)
• Familiarity with working in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting (Essential)
• A willingness to support other operational teams by completing data entry, scanning, storing and indexing tasks accurately. (Essential)
• Someone who has basic Computer and communication skills to follow instructions, read labels and safety information, and to complete data entry tasks (Essential)
• A positive team player who can also work independently, follow processes and take responsibility for their work (Essential)
