Job summary

Duttons Arms in Lancashire is seeking a Team Leader to support and coach the team, helping deliver great guest experiences and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will help guide the team, support the management to deliver the venue's vision, and ensure standards and compliance are maintained.

We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Duttons Arms. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.
