Job summary

Stonegate Group's Green House in Belper is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and coach a frontline team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.

You will support the management team, foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensure compliance, and help realise the venue's vision for top-notch food, drinks, and events in a busy pub setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to the sale of alcohol.

We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Green House. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.
