Job summary

Stonegate Group in the UK is seeking a Team Leader for The Faraday to inspire and guide a frontline team, delivering exceptional guest experiences across a busy sports bar and venue where sport, music, and social events come to life.

You will coach, mentor and support colleagues, work with the management team to shape the guest journey, and ensure standards and compliance across service, safety, and brand guidelines.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at The Faraday. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. We have a wide range of craft beers, cask ales, and a spirit emporium. In the spirit of tradition, our food is freshly made. We have salsa nights, bingo, karaoke, and weekly quizzes. There's always something to bring people to the Faraday. Or if our guests enjoy sunshine, they can enjoy the best beer garden in town.
