Job summary

Stonegate Group, the UK’s largest operator of pubs, bars and late-night venues, is seeking a Team Leader for Duttons Arms in Blackpool. You’ll lead and motivate the team, coach staff, and help deliver an outstanding guest experience at this location by upholding service standards and compliance.

The role involves guiding colleagues, supporting management, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our vibrant pub culture and community in Blackpool’s South Promenade area.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Duttons Arms. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.
