Job summary

The Faraday, part of Stonegate Group, is seeking a Team Leader to inspire and guide a busy team in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will coach staff, ensure service standards, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere across peak times and events at a lively pub venue.

As a 18+ role involving alcohol sales, you will contribute to a positive guest experience, uphold compliance, and support venue leadership in delivering our vibrant offering and craft beer focus.

• Must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol sales.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at The Faraday. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night.
