Job summary

The Faraday is seeking a capable Team Leader to support and motivate the team, delivering outstanding guest experiences at our vibrant pub and sports bar. You’ll coach and guide colleagues, ensure service standards are upheld, and help the management team realise our vision for a welcoming, high-energy venue.

As a key link between front-of-house and leadership, you’ll foster a friendly atmosphere, ensure compliance with licensing and brand standards, and work flexibly across events and peak

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at The Faraday. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night.
