Job summary

The Faraday, part of Stonegate Group, is looking for a Team Leader to inspire and guide the team in delivering a fantastic guest experience. You’ll coach the team, support management, and ensure standards and compliance across all operations.

Join a lively venue where beer, sports, and social experiences drive daily activity, with flexible working and development opportunities. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to maintain standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the venue team to deliver excellent guest service.
• Support the management team to implement the venue vision.
• Ensure standards, safety, and compliance are maintained.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at The Faraday. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.

At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night.
