Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Team Leader in the UK to work alongside management, guiding the team on the shop floor and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help keep shelves stocked, maintain store standards, and coach colleagues to meet targets.

This hands-on role requires energised leadership, strong communication, and a focus on creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers every day.

• Lead the way, every day: Work side‑by‑side with your management team to keep things running smoothly, from setting daily priorities to helping the team hit our goals with confidence.

Package Salary & Hours

• £32,032 FTE
• 44 hours per week
