Job summary

Home Bargains UK is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to work on the shop floor, leading by example and delivering excellent service to customers. You will coach colleagues, set priorities with management, and help the store hit its goals every day.

You will drive merchandising standards, safety compliance, and floor presentation while supporting colleagues across shifts. This role offers a clear growth path within a fast-paced retail environment.

Package Salary & Hours

• £32,032 FTE
• 44 hours per week
