Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Team Leader to work hands-on on the shop floor, guide the team and keep the store looking its best. You will lead by example, set daily priorities, and coach colleagues to ensure shelves are stocked and aisles tidy, creating a welcoming shopping environment.
