Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a proactive Team Leader to work on a busy shop floor, guiding daily priorities with the management team and helping the team achieve targets with confidence.

You will coach colleagues, support new starters, and model energy and organisation while ensuring shelves are stocked and the store looks its best. This 12-month fixed-term contract includes leave, pension, and a 10% store discount.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Confident supporting colleagues and leading by example on the shop floor.
• Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks with a focus on customer service.
• Clear and confident communication with customers and colleagues.
• Guide and support others to meet store standards and targets.
