Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader for the Sainsbury St Leonards store in Hastings. This 30-hour-per-week permanent role includes free parking and offers the chance to lead shifts, coach Baristas and deliver excellent coffee and service.

As a strong communicator and a proactive leader, you’ll energise the team, drive consistency, and create memorable experiences for customers while adapting to daily store needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cafe team and training new staff.
• Energetic, positive and confident leader.
