Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the shift, train Baristas, and ensure coffee excellence across service. This full-time role offers flexible shifts to suit the store while maintaining high standards.

You are a reliable role model with strong communication, an energetic and confident leadership style, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Previous team-leading experience is preferred.
