Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader for our Caerphilly store to energise and support the team during busy shifts. You’ll train new Baristas, maintain high service standards and celebrate Costa’s coffee excellence while keeping operations running smoothly. The role rewards a positive, reliable leader who communicates well, leads by example and stays calm under pressure in a busy retail environment.

Flexible shifts are available to fit your schedule. A 50% discount on food and drink is offered.
