Job summary

Costa Coffee in Poole is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll supervise and guide baristas, ensure service and coffee excellence, and champion Costa’s values in daily operations.

With flexible shifts offered, you’ll energise your team, maintain high standards and lead by example in a fast-paced cafe environment on the drive-thru. The role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership.
