Job Title: Team Leader / Retail Assistant

Role Overview: As a Team Leader, you will also serve as a Retail Assistant, with an additional £2 per hour supplement during shift management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent availability for customers.
• Actively participate in store sales, promoting our "£1 & Save a £1" initiative.
• Complete all tasks assigned by your line manager.
• Support and collaborate with the Talking Shop Rep.
• Foster an inclusive culture where everyone can excel.
• Support your personal development and share knowledge to upskill the team.

Operational Excellence:

• Follow through on actions from daily floor walks, focusing on customer experience.
• Maintain a positive service approach in-store and at customer doorsteps.
• Adhere to cash handling and security policies.
• Implement all digital and operational processes, including "One Best Way" standards.

Lead by example to motivate your team and serve our customers effectively:
