Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is looking for a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift at our Sheffield store. In this role, you’ll help create great experiences for customers and colleagues, with flexible shifts to suit you.

You’ll train and support new Baristas, energise your team and uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence, using resourcefulness to keep everything running smoothly. We value reliability and a calm, proactive approach.
