With a focus on customer experience and operational excellence, our Team Leaders play a key role in driving the success of our stores. As a Team Leader, you will support your Store Manager in achieving goals related to commercial growth and developing a team culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do. You will lead our store teams, especially in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring high standards and exceptional service daily.
